Do you ship to Australia?
Yes! We are based in NSW and ship Australia wide.
Can I return my order if I don't like my scoop? Do you offer returns?
We only offer refunds if requested before your order is shipped. Due to the nature of our business, all orders are a 'lucky dip' and we do not guarantee a specific combination of products in each scoop.
If you have any special requests for your scoop, like you would prefer no dark colours for example, we are happy to do our best to accommodate before shipping your order. Please let us know during checkout in the notes section.

When will I receive my order?
We try our best to ship all orders within 3 business days of placing your order. We ship with Australia Post, most standard shipping orders within Australia are delivered within 3-7 days from date of shipping.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
For international shipping times, please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive. Checkout our International Shipping Costs section in our FAQs for more information.
What countries do you ship to?
We have opened shipping to the following countries/regions:
- US & Canada
- Europe including United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Ireland, Austria, Portugal and more.
- Asia-Pacific including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and China
International Shipping Costs
Please note that international orders (including US and Canada) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in
the shipping cost. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before purchasing.
We offer flat rate shipping at the below rates for International orders:
US & Canada - $20USD
Europe - € 21,95
UAE - AED 71,00
For other regions, your flat rate shipping cost will appear at checkout.
Free Shipping is available for Australian orders only.
